Where data protection laws require safeguards for cross-border transfers, we apply appropriate measures such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. For prospective clients who do not proceed with an engagement, we typically delete contact records within 24 months of the last interaction.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
